Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our promise

If PyLearnHub isn't working for you, we'll refund your most recent charge — full amount, no questions asked — within 7 days of the payment date. Learning platforms are a personal fit; if we're not yours, that's OK.

How to request a refund

Email neuraedge@zohomail.in from your registered email address with:

  • The email you used to sign up
  • The Razorpay payment ID (you can find this in your receipt email)
  • Optional: a sentence on what didn't work — helps us improve, but not required

We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 – 7 business days. Razorpay then credits it to your original payment method.

How to cancel a subscription

Sign in, go to your account settings, and click Cancel subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't be charged again.

Cancelling does not delete your account. Your progress and snippets stay safe, and you can resubscribe anytime.

Refund processing time

Once we initiate a refund, Razorpay typically credits it back within 5 – 10 working days, depending on your bank or card network. UPI refunds are usually faster (1 – 3 days). International cards can take a bit longer.

What is not refundable

  • The 7-day window applies to your most recent charge only — refunds are not retroactive across previous renewals. If your Pro Monthly renewed automatically last week, we can refund last week's ₹49; we can't refund the eleven months before that.
  • If you've already used Pro features extensively after a renewal (e.g. completed many premium lessons), we may still refund on request, but it's at our discretion outside the 7-day window.

Disputes & chargebacks

If something feels wrong with a charge, please email us first. We're a small team and we genuinely want to make it right — almost any issue gets resolved inside a day. Filing a bank chargeback before contacting us costs everyone time and may freeze your account during the dispute.
